Our Values
Trust
Trust is fundamental to coaching. In the coaching conversation, the coach and client need to feel safe when working together. Both need to know they can trust each other so that they engage in both meaningful and useful coaching. Through our programs and services we promote the development of a deep level of trust, trust in the coaching process, trust in our clients and, most of all, trust in ourselves.
Commitment
When you commit to creating a coaching relationship you commit to fully participating in creating the life you want for yourself. At EpiCoaching Academy we commit to support our clients and ourselves to develop a growth coaching mindset, which is an expression of intention. It is with intention that we can act and make changes possible.
Gratitude
In a state of gratitude, we say yes to life. We affirm that life is good, and has elements that make worth living, and rich in texture.
Celebration
We believe it’s important to celebrate all of our milestones and major accomplishments. Celebrating gives us a sense of achievement, and it’s a great way of rewarding ourselves for a job well done. Celebrating is honoring life and it is connected to gratitude. If we are grateful to who we are and to what we have, we are able to acknowledge the value f life and celebrate it.

Our Mission
Be a global coaching educational organization represented in the 5 continents of the globe, with a strong expression in Africa and South America. Our purpose is to educate, train and mentor professional coaches who make the difference in people’s lives.
