Finding your Life Purpose through Purpose Mining

Purpose Mining is a gamification technique for purpose discovery that works within the context of business and society transformation.

This methodology promotes the connection of people and organizations to their purposes, based on the premise that transformations happen through people, are sustainable when aligned with the purpose, and have a great impact based on the protagonism of each one.

The great focus is based on self-knowledge and on making human beings prosper in their personal and professional development.

Purpose Mining is born out of the desire for a more prosperous world in the individual, social, economic, and spiritual spheres; the belief that this prosperity is created from the purpose of individuals and organizations; and the need for a simple, deep, fun, and collaborative way to access the essence of each one.

The Purpose Mining Game primarily uses its own methodologies, conceived on solid bases of knowledge on human development and organizational culture. It uses gamification and collective creation and construction methodologies as instruments for engagement and learning.

Life Purpose has to do with the values, with the reason to exist, with the essence and will not solve all the problems of life, but it will help you to make better choices.
